We have been members of Powder Ridge since 1998. We enjoyed staying at the resort when our kids were young, but for the past several years have used it to trade to other resort properties around the world like Hawaii, Mexico and all over the United States. We understand that there is a lot of development going on at the Powder Mountain Ski Resort and the surrounding area, which is exciting, but we have reached the age that our traveling days are over.

We have one banked week available as well as two bonus weeks that can be traded – all of which you will get! That is a total of 3 fun packed weeks that you can enjoy!

There is $700 due now for a special assessment and the transfer fee is $130.00. That is the amount that has to be paid up front. The maintenance fees were paid in October 2023. The assessment fee balance of $2,100 can be paid $700 at a time with the regular maintenance fee.

Great 1 Bedroom (sleeps up to 4) High Season Condo for perfect vacation time! Wonderful views, hiking and biking, and enjoy the beautiful mountains, wildlife, flowers and amenities of this wonderful resort. Clubhouse with pools and hot tubs, basketball, tennis and pickelball courts, horseshoes, picnic and playground areas too. We have enjoyed our time at Powder Ridge, unfortunately unable to make it up to the resort any longer. Take over the maintenance dues and assessment, and this is yours. This has great trade value too, and you get a free membership to Trading Placing International with your ownership.

We have stayed here for several years. Then traded it through Trading Places and RCI. We’ve traveled all that we want to travel with this timeshare. We are staying this one last year and then you can enjoy it.

We love our ability to come to PRV, or be able to use our time to trade and have amazing vacations! Our fees are paid for this year, including the April assessment, and unfortunately we have retired and our income is such that we need to hand this off to a family that can enjoy it moving forward. Wonderful resort with ski-in ski-out at Powder Mountain Ski Resort. We have enjoyed our time here since 1992! Getting a little old to ski, The fall is unbelievably beautiful too, and with owner privileges, you can pretty much stay any time of the year. You can also bank your week with free membership to the trade organization, and get 2 bonus weeks, and go so many other places too. I wish that we weren’t getting too old for the travel, but would love to have someone who can now take over ownership and enjoy this like we have.
